destino<\/h3>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<p>En 2017, el hurac\u00e1n IRMA azot\u00f3 el Caribe, incluida la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana, que tuvo la suerte de salvarse con da\u00f1os m\u00ednimos.\nTras la cobertura medi\u00e1tica de este desastre natural, mucha gente tuvo miedo de viajar all\u00ed.\nPara tranquilizar a los viajeros, seguir desarrollando el atractivo de sus estaciones balnearias entre sus grupos objetivo fieles y atraer a una nueva categor\u00eda de clientes m\u00e1s interesados en la autenticidad, el descubrimiento y conocer gente nueva, la Oficina de Turismo de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana quiso reforzar su presencia digital en el mercado franc\u00e9s desarrollando sus redes sociales y realizando campa\u00f1as de comunicaci\u00f3n con personas influyentes. class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La respuesta de la agencia y las medidas adoptadas<\/strong><\/h3>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<p>Desde 2017, Travel-Insight apoya a la Oficina de Turismo de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana en su comunicaci\u00f3n digital para el mercado franc\u00e9s.\nA lo largo de 6 a\u00f1os, se han puesto en marcha una serie de iniciativas para dar a conocer la perla del Caribe, que ahora se posiciona como el destino n\u00famero 1 en t\u00e9rminos de ventas de los operadores tur\u00edsticos franceses.   <\/p>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<p>La primera tarea de la agencia fue hacerse cargo de las redes sociales del destino, que en ese momento estaban poco desarrolladas, con presencia \u00fanicamente en Facebook y Twitter.\nEl objetivo era desarrollar r\u00e1pidamente la comunidad B2C, que en 2017 ten\u00eda una fuerte presencia en Facebook, para romper los c\u00f3digos del destino y ofrecer viajes fuera de los caminos trillados.   <\/p>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<p>Tras el paso del hurac\u00e1n Irma, Travel-Insight puso en marcha inmediatamente una operaci\u00f3n de influencers para enviar a 3 creadores de contenidos a la regi\u00f3n con el fin de crear contenidos y tranquilizar a los viajeros.\nSe seleccionaron 3 perfiles l\u00edderes especializados en viajes: Bruno Maltor, Alex Vizeo y Travel Me Happy.\nLos influencers se turnaron para viajar por la isla durante 3 meses, mostrando a sus comunidades las distintas facetas de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.\nCada viaje se hizo a medida del p\u00fablico de cada influencer, as\u00ed como de sus temas preferidos, para cubrir todas las regiones de la isla y toda la oferta tur\u00edstica (playa, lujo, naturaleza, aventura, cultura, gastronom\u00eda, etc.).\nLa operaci\u00f3n lleg\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 2 millones de personas en 3 meses y produjo contenidos \u00fanicos, con m\u00e1s de 15 v\u00eddeos difundidos en las redes sociales de los influencers y de la oficina de turismo, art\u00edculos en el blog y numerosos posts fotogr\u00e1ficos para promocionar el destino.    <\/p>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube 50px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<p>A ra\u00edz de esta operaci\u00f3n, la agencia quiso ir un paso m\u00e1s all\u00e1 organizando, junto con Bruno Maltor, un evento especial de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana &#8220;Le Verre du Voyageur&#8221;.\nNada m\u00e1s regresar de su viaje, la comunidad de Bruno Maltor se reuni\u00f3 en Par\u00eds en un lugar dedicado a la velada para compartir sus experiencias y descubrimientos.\nM\u00e1s de 1.000 personas participaron en esta velada con los colores de la isla, en colaboraci\u00f3n con XL Airways y el operador tur\u00edstico Vivez Les Iles.\nEl departamento de arte de la agencia dise\u00f1\u00f3 un PLV especial para el evento, que inclu\u00eda un photocall en el que la gente pod\u00eda llevarse fotos de recuerdo y golosinas, as\u00ed como un concurso integrado en el photocall para ganar el mismo viaje que Bruno Maltor.     <\/p>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 40px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<p>Animados por el \u00e9xito de esta primera operaci\u00f3n con influencers, hemos repetido las operaciones con creadores de contenidos para seguir desarrollando el turismo en la isla.\nEn total, m\u00e1s de 70 influencers franceses se unieron a nosotros para descubrir la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y sus diferentes regiones a trav\u00e9s de blogtrips y operaciones one-shot.\nSe ha trabajado mucho en el desarrollo de la regi\u00f3n de Saman\u00e1, una zona salvaje y natural, y esta pen\u00ednsula del norte de la isla ocupa ahora el segundo lugar despu\u00e9s de Punta Cana.    <\/p>&#13;\n\r\n\r\n&#13;\n<p>Estas continuas campa\u00f1as de influencia han permitido a la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana renovar constantemente sus contenidos para sus redes sociales y cambiar su imagen de destino balneario en torno a Punta Cana, convirti\u00e9ndose en el destino n\u00famero 1 del Caribe para todos los gustos y grupos la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana a lo largo de los a\u00f1os, creando una cuenta de Instagram, una p\u00e1gina de Linkedin y, m\u00e1s recientemente, una cuenta de TikTok, adem\u00e1s de las cuentas existentes de Facebook y Twitter.\nCada mes, Travel-Insight se encarga de proponer un plan de redes sociales para el destino, crear contenidos editoriales y visuales (fotos, v\u00eddeos, motion design), moderar todas las redes sociales (responder a comentarios, mensajes privados, peticiones especiales) y gestionar todos los presupuestos de publicidad en estas redes.
